In tourism broschures we get an idyllic picture of country farmsteads. However, good practice and success usually come through learning from mistakes. This is why learning from the successes and failures of others is so important. Through learning from study visits, round tables of similar companies, exchanging workers and providing best practice examples we can avoid making the same mistakes that others have already made.
